Graduated in Medicine from the University of Santo Amaro, his academic journey was marked from the beginning by an inclination toward surgical disciplines combined with human-centered patient care. Coming from a family of physicians, he dedicated the following two years to a General Surgery Residency at Sorocaba Hospital Complex (PUC-SP), leading to his natural choice of Plastic Surgery.
He completed a rigorous three-year residency at the renowned "Dr. Ewaldo Bolívar de Souza Pinto" Service, a national and international benchmark. Mentored directly by iconic masters such as Prof. Ivo Pitanguy, Prof. Dr. Osvaldo Saldanha (inventor of Lipoabdominoplasty), and Prof. Dr. Ewaldo Bolívar (inventor of Lipomyosculpture), he established extensive experience and a natural dedication to body contouring.
During this training, he advanced his breast surgery expertise alongside Prof. Dr. Luis Vasconez at the University of Birmingham in the United States, attending surgical cases at Kirklin Clinic, Highlands Hospital, and Mountain Brook Clinic. As a global pioneer of the Mommy Makeover procedure, Dr. Daniel established strict protocols regarding surgical safety and timing, now recognized and adopted as a reference across several countries.
A full member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP) and an invited international speaker in over 20 nations—including the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, India, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia—he serves actively as an international delegate representing Brazilian plastic surgery worldwide.
